Aishwarya Saxena is pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of California, Berkeley. She is a graduate of the International School of Nuclear Law and has earned a university Diploma in nuclear law from the University of Montpelier. Her research has focused on civil liability for nuclear damage, nuclear liability insurance and establishment of a global nuclear liability regime.
