Jan Dutkiewicz
Postdoctoral Fellow, Swiss National Science Foundation
Jan is a political economist in the classical sense: he's broadly concerned with the ethical, political, legal, social, and environmental dimensions of economic activity. His research examines the design, production, circulation, and consumption of everyday commodities, with a primary focus on meat and other food products. This work connects political science, environmental studies, design and science and technology studies, and anthropological approaches to the study of value.
