Thia currently serves as Breakthrough's Director of Events where she leads the organization's conferences and programs for engagement and experiences. For over a decade she has dedicated her career to using the art of storytelling as a tool for community building. She holds a BA in English Literature, with a focus in Creative Writing, from the University of California Los Angeles, has been published at least 800 times on her own Instagram page (as well as literary magazines) and thinks she's really funny.
